At Agha Noor Bridal, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return process for unworn and unaltered luxury pieces. Please note that custom-made bridal couture and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge within 48 hours of delivery at support@aghanoorbridal.com with your order number and high-resolution photos of the garment.
Receive Authorization
Our quality assurance team will review your request and, upon approval, issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the designated return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the item in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and authentic embroidery samples remain intact and attached.
Inspection and Refund
Once your return is received and passes our rigorous quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
